Attorney Dugan defended insurance companies in personal injury and workers' compensation cases. Attorney Repay worked as an insurance defense attorney for a nationwide insurance company, where she gained invaluable experience in auto accident and premises liability cases.
As a result of our experience in the insurance defense field, we know how insurance companies analyze claims and the defenses they are likely to raise. We believe strongly that our broad based experience is a decided advantage in personal injury and workers' compensation cases.
