Our attorneys, Julie A. Dugan, Bridgett J. Repay and Laura L. Rybicki, bring to each case more than 30 years of combined legal experience.
Prior to founding our firm, Julie and Bridgett gained invaluable experience while working as insurance defense lawyers. Julie defended insurance companies in personal injury and workers' compensation cases. Bridgett worked as an insurance defense attorney for a nationwide insurance company, where she gained invaluable experience in auto accident and premises liability cases. Both Julie and Bridgett have extensive trial experience.
Laura concentrates her practice in the areas of estate administration, real estate transactions, estate planning (which includes the drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and living wills), and business transactions. Laura has been a contributing author and speaker for the National Business Institute's seminar entitled "The Probate Process from Start to Finish," which addresses the estate administration process. She is also a member of the Probate, Trust & Real Property section of the Indiana State Bar Association.
